Exploring Identity & History through Exhibition: Panel Discussion with Diyan Achjadi, Makiko Hara, Jana Sasaki, and Craig Willms

Join us online for a lively conversation between artists Diyan Achjadi and Jana Sasaki and curators Makiko Hara and Craig Willms, facilitated by Mirella Ntahonsigaye, Museum Educator at the Kamloops Museum and Archives. Over the course of an hour and a half, Ntahonsigaye will engage the artists and curators in a discussion about their process and practice, considered specifically through the lenses of identity, history, and exhibition.  

This program is offered in collaboration with the Kamloops Museum and Archives and the Kamloops Art Gallery in support of our ongoing exhibitions. Whose Stories? curated by Makiko Hara and Injustice and Identity curated by Craig Willms, are on view at the Kamloops Art Gallery until December 31, 2021. Collective Memories: Japanese Canadian Reflections curated by Craig Willms is on view at the Kamloops Museum and Archives until March 11, 2022.
