10:00 to 11:00 am
Open to KALS members
Join us at the Kamloops Art Gallery for an interactive guided tour of Bree Apperley: Slug Eggs and engage in lively explorations of some of the relevant themes with KAG Education and Public Programs Director Kristen Gardner.
In her new body of work made for The Cube, multimedia artist Bree Apperley explores the impact of technology on society, the expression of femininity within capitalism, and the compromised nature of modern life. Through a playful display of repurposed objects and photographs, Apperley creates uncanny moments of discovery that invite viewers to move beyond digital interfaces, prompting us to explore human and material connections.
This program is offered in collaboration with the Kamloops Adult Learners’ Society (KALS). You must be a member of KALS to participate.
