Re-Imagining Self-Care Workshop

What is self-care? While this term is sometimes thrown around, we want to delve a little deeper to add some nuance to how we care for ourselves, as well as each other. This workshop is an opportunity to share in the joys of exploration, imagination, and inspiration to expand beyond the typical definitions of self-care.

Zine Making Workshop

What is a Zine? Who, and what, are Zines for? What makes them important (and cool and fun)!? In this workshop, not only will you learn about Zines and how they came to be, but you’ll also get to make your very own! Come explore Zines as a form of care; a unique way to use your voice; an opportunity for knowledge sharing and community connection. We can’t wait to create and learn alongside you.

Generously supported by the Jann LM Bailey Legacy Fund held in trust with the BC Interior Community Foundation

Space is limited to 12 participants for each workshop. Register for both, or select only the one that most interests you.

PLEASE NOTE: In support of caring for each other and our collective well-being, medical-grade masks will be provided for all participants.
