Join us for Craftivism on Seedy Saturday!
Craftivism is the practice of using creative expression to strengthen our collective voice, engage our imaginations, and deepen our community organizing towards food sovereignty, affordable housing, and climate justice.
All ages are invited to make buttons and pocket zines. Materials and supplies are provided and folks are welcome to bring their own materials and craftivism projects too!

Seedy Saturday is a joint event organized by the Kamloops Farmers’ Market, Mount Paul Community Food Centre, Kamloops Art Gallery, and The Stínesten Gallery. The event is a celebration of seeds, connection to land, and local food. It brings together interested gardeners, local BC seed growers, community groups like Thompson Shuswap Master Gardeners, BC Native Bee Society, Kamloops Seed Library, and local gardening suppliers. Diverse market vendors will provide food for sale, including farmers, bakers, and other food makers from our region.
