4-Panel Comix Workshop

  • Kamloops Art Gallery 465 Victoria Street, Unit 101 Kamloops, BC, V2C 2A9 Canada (map)

Saturdays
11:00am to 1:00pm
Ages 18+ Pay-What-You-Can

April 19 & 26

Join local artist Charlie Napcolors for a two-session workshop to learn how to make 4-Panel comix. 4-Panel comix are an easy, fun way to write your own story or learn about how story structures work.

“Comix” are adult oriented comic strips found in underground and alternative communities. They often touch on social issues and are satyrical in nature.
We will be using pen and paper to explore the process of creating hand-drawn comix at a beginner’s level. Bring your ideas and inspiration or get inspired through conversation with peers!

This is a welcoming and respectful group, LGBT+ safe and Indigenous inclusive environment.
