Now Hiring: Summer Art Instructors
Summer is coming! Which means we are seeking two enthusiastic students to prepare for and offer our Summer Art Camps for children.
Are you pursuing or interested in a Bachelor of Fine Arts and/or Education degree? Do you enjoy working with children, are willing to learn, and have a passion for teaching and art? Are your organizational and computer skills, particularly for Word and Excel,strong – or, again, are you willing to learn? Are you available from June 8 to August 28, 2026, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 3:30 pm?
These two temporary, full-time positions are funded by Young Canada Works, so you must satisfy all the following requirements:
be a student between 16 and 30 years of age;
have been registered as a full-time student in the 2025/2026 academic year;
intend to return to school on a full-time basis for the 2026/2027 academic year;
be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have Canadian refugee status;
be legally entitled to work in Canada;
be registered with the Young Canada Works online candidate inventory (available at https://young-canada-works.canada.ca) (if this is not yet available, please apply directly to us and register when you can); and
be willing to commit to the full duration of the 12-week work term.
