Stories aren’t just for books! Young artists aged 6 to 12 are invited to join us to learn about how artists tell stories through their artworks and explore how to develop their own visual worlds through drawing and painting.
We will explore artwork by artists Toyin Ojih Odutola, Rajni Perrera, and Shuvinai Ashoona, and experiment with materials they use in their artworks.
The program wraps up with a celebration of the children’s artworks on Saturday, November 25 at 1:00pm.
All materials and snacks are provided. No previous artmaking experience is required.
